Gordon is BACK

Josh Gordon will be returning to the Cleveland Browns this weekend as they face the Los Angeles Chargers. Browns head coach Hue Jackson said, “he will play as much as possible.”

This will be the first time we have seen Gordon take the field since Dec 21, 2014. He did play in the 2016 preseason but checked himself into rehab before the season could begin. Gordon who is only 26 has freakish athleticism and has been displaying this at the Browns practice facility in Berea.

We can’t label Gordon as the end all, be all savior of this team. We must account for the fact Josh will be rusty as he has not played in almost three years. However, you can’t discount the natural ability that has kept Gordon relevant in spite of all the personal drama Gordon has faced.

However, that doesn’t dull the excitement of Gordon’s return. “It’s like Christmas,” Browns coach Hue Jackson said Monday of Gordon, per the Akron Beacon Journal. “I get to open a new toy. I know what’s in that box, but I just want to see how good it is. It’s exciting that he’ll be back out there.”

The Browns who go into this game winless on the season look to capitalize on the two wideouts, Gordon and 1st round draft pick Corey Coleman. Hoping for some Kizer connections and a boost to this struggling offensive group.

Whatever the outcome, for the time being, all in Cleveland are smiling because someone is saying, There Just Might Be A Chance!!!!!
