My name is Dalton Tinklenberg and I am the Media Director for Blue HQ Media. I’ve followed sports for as long as I can remember and am a former Pacers’ fan zone member. I began writing a blog about the Pacers in early 2015 before moving on to cover the Colts for ProFootballSpot in late July of 2016. In September, fellow writers Aaron Coffey and Jeff Tibbins, along with myself, decided to found Blue HQ Media. We are extremely dedicated to top of the line content so without further ado, welcome to your new favorite news source. You can reach me a Tinklenberg@bluehqmedia.com or on Twitter @D_TinkSports.
Assistant Media Director
My name is Tom, and I have been an avid hockey and Colts fan for most of my life. The lack of an NHL team here means I try to watch hockey any way I can, including a lot of nights as a youngster inside old Market Square Arena watching the Indianapolis Ice. I am excited to bring you my perspective on a multitude of hockey teams. Additionally I enjoy shooting sports, and rooting for America in the Summer and Winter Olympics.
My name is Bianka Tinklenberg and my role is to capture photographs to be used on the website in articles and feature pieces. I grew up in Rensselaer, Indiana and then attended Ball State where I majored in Elementary Education. I developed a fast love for sports while there and have never looked back.
I have been with Blue HQ Media for a while now and I absolutely love interacting with all of our fantastic readers. My main role is handling social media accounts but you can occasionally catch me filling in on Blue HQ Media LIVE.
Ohio/Pennsylvania State Manager
I’m Brian Bertke and I am a general sports fan. I follow football and baseball the most but I can find nearly all sports interesting. The teams you will likely see me cheering on will be the Ohio State University Buckeyes, Cleveland Browns, Cincinnati Reds and Bowling Green State University Falcons. While I did start my college studies at BGSU, I graduated from Bluffton University in Bluffton, Ohio in 2012 with bachelor’s degrees in sports management and business administration and graduated with a master’s in business administration three years after that. My dream is to have a form of ownership of a professional sports franchise, but writing about sports can be just as interesting.
Assistant Editor/Ohio Journalist

Although I love all sports football has always been my favorite more specifically the Indianapolis Colts. My name is Christian Wilkinson and I am from McMinnville, Tennessee. I’m a sophomore at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and am undecided on a major. I love Tennessee sports, (Titans, Vols, Preds) & I also have been a Cleveland Cavaliers fan since I was old enough to watch.
Indiana State Manager
My name is Evan and I am the beat writer for the NHL’s Columbus Blue Jackets. I started on Blue HQ Media in March of 2017 writing for the ECHL’s Fort Wayne Komets. I am an avid Indy Fuel fan. I love all Indiana sports aside from the Fuel, including the Pacers and the Colts. I started going to hockey games when I was one week old when my family had season tickets to the Fort Wayne Komets. We moved to the Indianapolis area about 11 years ago and I was ecstatic when it was announced that the Hallett family brought a professional hockey team back to Indy. I was even happier when I found out that would be competing in the ECHL, the same league as my (former) favorite team, the Komets. You can keep up with all Blue Jackets news and updates and talk hockey on my Twitter @evanbluehq.

I have a secondary interest in sports journalism and am gaining experience from Blue HQ.

My name is Dan Rourke and I am Blue HQ’s New York Yankees writer as well as a state manager. As long as I can remember, I’ve had an obsession with the sport of baseball and the Yankees, and I am very thankful I have been given the opportunity to cover what I love.
